A: As a rule we cannot help start-ups and businesses at the foundation phase. However the DTI has many grants available to assist you. See the DTI website for a list of grants to help you start your project

A: You may look at the CIS grant that caters for new business wanting to work together as a Co-Operative

A: Firstly look at the Industrial Development-Related Incentives page and find a grant that suits your business. then contact us for more advice on which grants suit your business best
Q: I am interested in producing a movie or would like access to government funding for my project within the film and television industry
A: You may look the Film and Incentive Grant bearing in mind that very strict requirements need to be met in order to qualify for this grant
Q: Do you offer advice on all grants out there?
A: We don’t work with all grants offered. We focus on selected grants which include the BBSDP, the CIS, the ISP and MCEP programmes. You are welcome to visit the DTI’s website and contact one of their representatives for more guidance
Q: What information do I need to prepare before contacting you?
A: We will need information about your company registration, how long you have been in business, your financial statements, your business plan and your SARS tax clearances. You also should have an excellent understanding of your business and have a clear idea of what your company requires from the grant.
